How long does the Assessment Center take to complete?

It depends on the tests activated. HR can apply competencies, motivations and English together or separately depending on the process objective.

Are results comparable between candidates?

Is it only for candidates?

The test assesses the behavioral profile across 4 dimensions: Leader, Social, Persona and Organizational. Each dimension groups specific competencies and the result identifies the 5 with the largest development gap to activate the personalized plan.

How often should the Assessment be reapplied to current employees?

It is recommended every 12 to 18 months, or before a promotion process, role change or succession planning. This allows you to track profile evolution over time and adjust the development plan accordingly.

How does the Assessment Center integrate with the performance cycle?

Results feed the Employee Mandala, available in the Performance, Talent & Succession and Training modules. During performance evaluations, managers can see the employee's competency profile to give more contextualized feedback.

Does the Assessment personalize the test based on the role being evaluated?

Yes. The system takes the role and hierarchical level into account when contextualizing results and the generated Development Guide. The report highlights which competencies are most relevant for that specific role, making feedback more actionable.
